Using fotobabble.com, we created a photo that talks: you can select a photo and then record a description of it. Useful tool!

We used vialogues.com to create an activity for our students to watch, listen and write. Students can watch a video and answer questions about a specific moment or certain piece of information you want them to pay attantion to.
We used voki.com to create our own talking avatars. We customized the avatars and then we recorded our voices... I really like this tool!
Please, click on the image to listen.
Today we used voiceThread.com to create a commercial for the film we had chosen... It was very funny to listen to my own voice once I had finished recording... Let's the final version...
Finally we had to create a slideshot of the film we had selected. We used a tool called photopeach.com... Hope you like mine!
Love Actually on PhotoPeach
Today we used padlet.com to create a film poster. We had to look for information about a film we like, look for pictures and videos and use all that to create a poster. It was a nice activity!
Finally we wrote an article about the band we chose. It was hard to manage the time we had to write it. We are teachers and we want everything neat and perfect!
Here's the final outcome... Mind you, it may not be that perfect, haha! Today we had to create a timeline for a band we like... I've chosen Keane, a great English pop rock band.
We used a tool called "Timeline" from readwritethink.org. We found out information about the band, we created the timeline, then we used an online converter to change our final PDF versions into PNGs and finally we posted our timelines here. Hope you like it!
This is a cloze test I've created for Adults 3 - Task 6 - Celebrations. I've used "Learning Apps", a great and really user friendly tool. It's nice to feel this sense of achievement after completing the task!!!
My name is Julieta and I'm creating my first blog! I'm so excited!
This is my first year as a MM teacher, so I hope to learn how to help my sts to use all these amazing tools. To be honest, I feel a bit nervous about all this, but at the same time highly motivated, because I think it's a great chance to improve my level as a teacher and to find new ways to motivate our sts, both the digital natives and those who are a bit older but love technology too! |
